From a PR perspective, David Stern is an idiot for allowing Joey Crawford to referee a critical Spurs playoff game. Then again, if he tilts the game in the Lakers' favor will anyone really mind? Not me.
Kobe Bryant's going to need some help tonight and it wouldn't be the best idea to rely on Crawford. Pau Gasol stepping up would be good enough - he was an innocent bystander in Game 3. So long as a couple guys join him in double figures and Kobe has his customary 30+ I think LA can push SA to the edge.
I also wouldn't rule out a 50+ night from Bryant. I clearly just put the CF jinx in play, but Kobe is due for one of those all-time playoff nights.
