Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have been actively promoting the charity Cathy's Kids, which supposedly helps cancer research and underprivileged kids.
However, ESPN's Outside the Lines dug into the paperwork and found that there has been $2.2 million raised, but NONE has been given to cancer research.
60 percent has gone to two elite travel basketball teams, which could be underprivileged kids, to give them the benefit of the doubt. When Odom was asked about the rest of the money, he just said, “It's my money.”
Charity Navigator can't even rate the organization because there are so many problems with it, and they aren't sure what is true and what isn't.
So, if you've ever shopped on their eBay store, you've likely donated to this “cause.”
