I see why Larry Johnson wanted that guaranteed money. It wasn't so much about his fear of getting injured, but his knowing he'd suck this season.

 

9 carries, 12 yards today. 75 carries, 253 yards, 0 TD on the year.

 

Of course it's not all on LJ. The Chiefs are very little threat to pass and offensive line isn't controlling the line of scrimmage.

 

Jacksonville is now 3-1. Even better news might be that Maurice Jones-Drew started his season today to the delight of fantasy owners. How good are the Jags?

17-7 up on the headline there sir.

Was bad today; really bad...the O-line struggles, but I never can understand why if the passing game was working (8 catches for Gonzo), why not keep at it. Three different times I can remember of gaining 50 yards through the air; run for -3 to LJ, run for another -3 to LJ...and Huard was stuck with a 3rd and 16 play.

If I were a Chiefs fan, I'd blame damn near everything on Herm Edwards. I still don't know how that guy has a job. He is a downright crappy coach, period.

But in his defense, the O-line is pathetic. They've lost a few of the best linemen in history over the past few years. That's going to take a chunk out of your running AND passing game.
