About as good of an idea as drafting him for your fantasy team.

The Bengals seem to have grown up despite the likes of Ocho Stinko and the thugs they've suffered the past few years.  Why bring in this washed-up dolt?

Interesting enough, I don't think it's a good idea. If you watch Larry Johnson run, he's lost his power. It may be beneficial to them to draft a decent player instead of taking Johnson.

Ochocinco is reporting that LJ has signed.

Who cares where he goes? Chiefs fans are just damn happy he's out of Arrowhead.

I wouldn't be surprised if he turn out to be a major asset for the Bengals. There is all kind of doubt about his attitude and actions, but look at like this Cedric Benson was no roll model then Marvin Lewis gave him a chance and look at him now. Adding Larry would put the Bengals running game right a top the league. Give Larry Marvin a chance to see what he can do with him.

Man, the over under on Bernard Scott getting popped is 12 weeks so there's still time, but he is a good fit for their running scheme. 

Thank goodness. I was afraid the BROWNS might consider him because Jamal Lewis lost a step.

Thank God. I was afraid the Falcons might consider him with all of our injuries at RB.

Organization that turned its' back on him? When? When LJ decided to beat women in a bar and have other domestic disputes to take him away from the team to deal with those personal issues? Or when he decides to bad mouth his own coaches (not just Haley recently, he had plenty to say about Herm as well) and say that his dad is better suited to coach him.

Gay slurs aside (The NFL refuses to take a stand on even putting some sort of small repercussion for it, I won't pretend to think that that's any sort of reason the Chiefs released him), the guy was no longer producing and no longer cared about his team because he did not get money he did not rightfully earn. No chance in hell did the organization turn their back on him though.

 Yeah he is for sure gonna sign with the Bengals. I should have seen this coming yesterday when Benson got hurt. Well best of luck LJ!!

He's a natural fit on the Bengals. Well, the Bengals of 3 years ago when everyone was getting arrested.

Agreed. Either LJ in Cincy if Benson is out for awhile, or what seemed like a better fit before his injury yesterday, LJ in Philly with Westbrook going in and out is probably where he'll end up being.

The Bengals have a good thing going and if Benson is out for awhile, they'll need someone to fill the void.  I don't like LJ, but the fans in Cincy deserve to have this good season continue when you consider what they've had to deal with in the past.
