Larry Sanders and Bucks Nearing $44 Million Extension
The Milwaukee Bucks and their shot blocking big man, Larry Sanders, are close to a $44 million extension over four-years. Sanders is only 24-years-old, but has already established himself as one of the best defensive big men in the league with 2.8 blocks per game.
The Bucks are developing a young frontcourt duo with Larry Sanders and John Henson, and with the additions of O.J. Mayo and Brandon Knight in the backcourt, the Bucks are forming a nice nucleus of young talent.
Sanders averaged 9.8 ppg and 9.5 rpg last year, but with the departure of Samuel Dalembert, Sanders should average more minutes and more point and rebounds per game than last year.
