I know the Celtics have been getting all of the attention in the NBA because, well, they've accomplished something historic by starting out 27-2 and looking like they'll win 77 games this season. But let me just say this. LeBron James has been playing like a man possessed this year, and if anyone is going to trip up the Celtics, it's my man LeBron.
Just watch what LeBron did to Yao last night during the Cavs' win over the Rockets.
Get that weak stuff out of here you non-Christmas/Hanukkah celebrating punk. Although, I guess in reality we shouldn't get too excited by this block. After all, Yao was once rejected by Nate Robinson for crying out loud.
I like the announcer's say Yao's hurt. No, he's not. That's just his ego breaking.
But seriously, back to LeBron. He's finally surrounded by some pretty decent guys and he himself is playing as well as he ever has. And let's keep in mind, Cleveland is 24-4, so they're not exactly light years behind Boston. Also, considering Boston couldn't win on the road last season in the playoffs to save their lives - along with the fact that Doc Rivers is still their coach - I wouldn't write that "Boston Celtics in the Finals" ticket just yet. There's no question they'll have to go through the most motivated LeBron ever to get there.
