Mandatory Credit: Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY SportsThe Vikings are the latest participants in 'Black Monday,' firing head coach Leslie Frazier after 3+ seasons as their head coach.

In three full seasons, Frazier and the Vikings finished last in the NFC North twice. In his second full season as head coach, they made the playoffs, only to lose in the Wild Card round.

Frazier's record as a head coach was 21-32-1, good for a .396 winning percentage.

There's no telling where the Vikings might look for their next coach, but it's certain that they have a lot more holes to fill aside from head coach. They'll need to find a new QB, among other things, if they hope to give All-Pro RB Adrian Peterson a chance to win a Super Bowl.
