While a United States federal court said the infamous list of the 103 MLB players who tested positive for PEDs in 2003 can't be published in the US, apparently they can in Dominican Republic. A Dominican newspaper published the list.

This is that list that popped up on message boards about a month and a half ago. It's not the real list. Plus it should have 104 names, not 103. Jeromy Burnitz appeared on the fake list twice, so this paper just wiped off his name once. List is completely and utterly fake.

Yeah, I wasn't sure how legit it was. I received an email from a colleague about it last evening, and it was the first I'd heard of it. I suspected it might not be real, but thought I'd post a link to the article anyway. Guess I missed when it came up last month.

That's good to know, thanks for clearing that up.

Also if this true, who was putting the steroids in the Cubs diet, notice how many of them are on this list.

If this truly is the list this forever stains baseball and it's current era.  There are players like Helton and Garciapara on that list.  I am in awe right now at the scope of this list, there are very few players that have actually been big stars in the last decade that aren't on that list.  I can only think of a few like Jeter, Pujols, and a few pitchers that have reached super stardom without the apparent use of PED's.  For baseball's sake, I really hope this list was fabricated by the newpaper.  Has this been authenticated in any way?
