Look Out Any Window

No matter where you looked last night, it was nothing but winners from me.  Of course, the craziest game of the night just happened to be the one I was on and wasn't settled until the last half minute of the game.  But an interception inside their own 15-yard line---the 6th of the game for them---sealed the deal for UCLA and got me back to the window.  It's a short schedule tonight.  The calm before the Saturday storm as it were.  Let's continue.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL  (3-0 last night)
1.  Byu (+6) at UTAH ST. - I'm not at all enamored with this BYU squad.  Their QB doesn't impress, and their top RB might be sitting this one out with an injury.  Their defense is rock solid though, but that unit will be sorely tested tonight by the Ags QB and veteren O-Line.  The Coogs lost to Utah at home in Provo by 7, while State lost to the Utes by 4 up in SLC.  If we factor in the whole home field thing, that should place the number right where it is, but let's remember that these teams played to a brutal 6-3 BYU wn last year.  I expect more of the same tonight.
2.  Nevada (+6) at SAN DIEGO ST. - Maybe a change in starting QBs will jumpstart the Aztecs offense, but they still struggled mightily to get by New Mexico last week.  Nevada isn't much either, but they do have their starting QB back from injury, and he rolled up over 400 yards of total offense last week in that big comeback win over Air Force.  I don't normally like to get on teams that had to stage a big comeback the week before, but I think the Wolfpack is actually the better team here, and I know they have the better QB.
See there?  In and out and done.  Now, I can rest a little before a big and busy Saturday.  Have a great start to your weekend, be careful out there and I'll see you tomorrow.
