Mandatory Credit: Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY SportsAfter having one of the strongest starts in Los Angeles Clippers history, the team has fallen into a slump, largely due to injuries.

Chris Paul has been out due to a bruised kneecap, and now Blake Griffin was out on Monday's loss against the Washington Wizards, which continued their slump to 2-6.

Griffin had a strained hamstring, and there is no word on if he will be gone for too long. Paul has been day to day since sitting out, and according to ESPN, it looks like he may return on Friday or Saturday, and not a day too soon.

Chauncey Billups has been out for most of the season, but it's reported that he too could return around the same time as Paul.

No doubt, the slump will end as soon as the roster returns to full health.
