Los Angeles Clippers sign Byron Mullens
The two-year/$2 million deal gives the Clips another big man who averaged 10.6 points and 6.4 rebounds last season in 26.9 minutes.
He’s a versatile 7-footer who can also hit jumpers as a power forward, which was likely what attracted the team to him.
Mullens spent his first two years in Oklahoma City where he got almost no game time and then improved over the last two years in Charlotte. There’s no reason to think he won’t continue improving with the Clippers.
