The Los Angeles Lakers have been fighting for a playoff spot for awhile now, and the battle is far from over.
The Utah Jazz is tied with the Lakers for the eight seed in the Western Conference, but the Jazz hold the tiebreaker over the Lakers.
However, the Dallas Mavericks are right behind the Lakers, and Lakers hold the tie breaker, but it could be tied back up on Tuesday in the game against the Mavs in Los Angeles.
Their remaining schedule isn't an easy on, but there should be some definite wins in it:
4/2 - Dallas (home)
4/5 - Memphis (home)
4/7 - Clippers (away)
4/9 - New Orleans (home – first of back-to-back)
4/10 - Portland (away – second of back-to-back)
4/12 - Golden State (home)
4/14 - San Antonio (home)
4/17 - Houston (home)
The Jazz also don't have an easy schedule coming up, though they have no back-to-backs:
4/1 - Portland (home)
4/3 - Denver (home)
4/5 - New Orleans (home)
4/7 - Golden State (away)
4/9 - Oklahoma City (home)
4/12 - Minnesota (home)
4/15 - Minnesota (away)
4/17 - Memphis (away)
