Lost Season 4-6 wish list

as I was watching the last 3 seasons of Lost, I was left with a few or many questions... what do others think about it
Locke and Rose came to the island with life threatening injuries and Ben got his while he was on the island. Locke couldnt walk at all yet he has no feeling in his legs but now can? what was the first thing that he said when he had the blast doors fall on him? if I remember right he screamed. the cancer went away. whats going on with the island? what effect does it have on people?
in the previous seasons, there were polar bears on the island, where did they come from? I mean god, its an island, I know the plane was 1,000 KM off course, or whatever when it crashed, but a Polar Bear ON AN ISLAND? wtf. and whenever they were mentioned, it was always in a weird sense, like I believe it was Sawyer who said something about a polar bear with an umbrella when Hurley asked if he seen Dave around?
The Monster was a complete bust, it really didnt live up to its expectations. I was like HOLY COW what the heck is making all that noise, rustling the trees, causing terror, and then it turns out to be just a cloud of black smoke! and whos side is it really on? is it with the Others? or is it on its own?
The others, they were feared in the end of season 1, they started coming to get people in season 2, in season 3 we realize they really aint that bad of people, they did kidnap the characters, but they lose their credibility as the season winds down. whats in store for them later on down the road?
The Dharma initiative? WHAT IS IT? so far we learn of the Swan, the place where a person has to press a series of numbers as the timer ticks down to zero from 1:08, but was blown up at the end of season 2. and the Pearl, which was intended to monitor the Swan and report its findings and send them through a pneumatic tube to a big pile across the island, not the Initiative? there are more Hatches left, will they open them all?
what is up with all of these mirages that people seeing. Dave, Walt, Boone, Ana Lucia, Yemi? what causes these and are they going to stop?
