Nicely said, by Mariano Rivera (of the darn Yankees), I agree.
You can have all the money and all the material things in life....these things are nice but, they can be evil and keep a person from knowing who Jesus Christ is.
These things are also temporary. If you get too much & too greedy...Almighty God will take it all away. Money and Material things pales in comparison to knowing and receiving the God's wonderful Free Gift: Eternal Life...only through His Son Jesus. (John 14:6) |
