BIO NOTE : Rivera is in his 14th season in the majors, all with the Yankees, and has 463 career saves and a lifetime ERA of 2.30.

RECENT NEWS : On Thursday, Rivera earned his 20th save in 20 chances after striking out the side to end the ninth inning to help the Yankees beat the San Diego Padres 2-1. He has the fourth-most save in the majors and has a ERA of 0.79.

Nicely said, by Mariano Rivera (of the darn Yankees), I agree.

You can have all the money and all the material things in life....these things

are nice but, they can be evil and keep a person from knowing who Jesus Christ is.

These things are also temporary. If you get too much & too greedy...Almighty God will take it all away. Money and Material things pales in comparison to knowing and receiving the God's wonderful Free Gift: Eternal Life...only through His Son Jesus.
