Meet Miss Maxi Mounds YEEEE HAAAAWWW she is an American "actress"/"dancer" from Long Island New York and new Guinness World Record holder. Maxi approached Guinness back in 2003 to be considered for the record of "Largest Augmented Breast" category, but it did not exist. So they created one for her.
Miss Maxi's implants are Polypropylene String breast implants. The implants absorb body fluid and expand once inside the body, resulting in almost continuous breast growth after surgery. This eventually results in "extreme, almost cartoonish breast sizes.

On her website, Charms says that her bust size is 153XXX, and that her breasts each weigh 26 pounds. Because of the nature of her string implants, Charms' breasts are continually expanding (by about 25 millimeters a month). Regular visits to her surgeon in Houston to have excess fluid drained are necessary. Although she has not contended it, she would be considered the actual largest.
