I'll be honest, before this season the name Mercury Morris had never resonated. I really had no idea who he was and wish it would have stayed that way.

Unfortunately, ESPN keep enabling this clown to have air time (and reluctantly I'm posting him here, yes) as the New England Patriots aim to top the '72 Dolphins record. Last night on Sportscenter, Morris rapped his feeling about his team's superiority. None of it really makes sense, but I probably didn't need to tell you that.

As I said on Monday night when Morris spoke some more nonsense; he's the best thing the Patriots have going for them because fans are tolerating their success more just to spite him.
