The Broncos won 45-21. Mandatory Credit: Chris Humphreys-USA TODAY SportsThis season has definitely been everything we have expected, said no one ever. We have the Chiefs at 9-0,  the giants at 2-6 and Pittsburg at 2-6. We have for sure learned this season that any thing is possible. So here are my mid-season awards

MVP: Peyton Manning; as if their was any doubt, Manning has been on a different level than everybody this year. Tying the NFL record for most passing touchdowns in a game (7) in the first game. He is on pace to break every single season record right now, and is my favorite for the Super Bowl winners.

Offensive Player Of The Year; Peyton Manning; again as if their was any doubt, Manning takes a clean sweep of MVP and OPY.

Defensive Player Of The Year; Richard Sherman; Sherman part of the legion of doom in Seattle, may be the new Revis in the NFL. Not only is Seattle one of the toughest places to play in the NFL, but then you have to worry about Sherman.

Coach Of The Year; Andy Reid; Andy has taken the job of the Chiefs and has taken them to a 9-0 start. And has not only shocked me, but I think the rest of us. How long will their win streak go? I honestly don’t know, I think they will lose every week, but somehow they keep pulling it out.

Rookie Of The Year; Eddie Lacy; This year is for sure does not have the rookie class that last year did, but there is still some talent. Lacy  has taken the Packers offensive to a dynamic level. But with Rodgers out a couple of weeks with a shoulder injury, we will find out how good Lacy really is.

That wraps up this years mid-season awards. There is a lot of players playing at high level this year, but those are the best.
