Miguel Olivo suspended after biting off part of a teammate's ear

Dodgers minor leaguer Miguel Olivo has been suspended for the craziest reason ever

Olivo bit off part of Alex Guerrero's ear in a dugout altercation during a recent game with the Albuquerque Isotopes. There's no word yet on what started the fight, but it obviously escalated extremely quickly.

Guerrero needed plastic surgery to fix his ear, and could miss up to 5 weeks due to the injury.

Ironically enough, Olivo said in an interview earlier this year that if he wasn't a baseball player, he'd want to be "a boxer like Mike Tyson, but without biting an ear."

Unfortunately, the ear-biting is the only part he successfully emulated. Here's the video, for those of you who can speak Spanish:
