Minnesota Timberwolves make Harlem Shake video making fun of Miami Heat

Sure, they lost by 16, but the Timberwolves really taught the Heat a lesson with this video

They did it against the Minnesota Timberwolves in rather convincing fashion, beating them by a final score of 97-81.

On the court, the Timberwolves are a lot like the rest of the NBA. They just don't have an answer to the Heat and the dominance of LeBron James and (sometimes) Dwyane Wade.

Off the court, they might stand a chance, so they made this video ridiculing the Harlem Shake video that the Heat players made recently.

In case you've been under a rock lately, the Harlem Shake is the latest absurdly idiotic internet memes that has taken everything by storm. Remember the "Call Me, Maybe" lip synch videos? Yeah... this is just the new version of that. Except worse.

Anyway, the Heat made their own version of the video, and it went viral since they're the Miami Heat.

The Timberwolves posted their response this morning. Shots fired, indeed:

In case you missed it, here's the Heat video:

On the court, there's no debate. The Heat are the far better team. It's really not even close. But off the court, I'm definitely on Team Timberwolves. I am severely anti-Harlem Shake. It's awful, and it needs to stop. The fact that the Heat helped make this even MORE popular than it already was, is an absolute disgrace.

What do you think... who wins this exchange?

Where did you get that idea?

Was it when I said that no team in the league had an answer for their dominance? Or was it when I said that they're better than the Timberwolves, and it's not even close?

Obviously I'd rather see my Celtics dominate the league like the Heat are doing, but I don't have time in my life to be jealous of a sports team that is better than mine. After all, my personal allegiances are based solely on geography. If I were born in Miami instead of Massachusetts, I'd be a Heat fan. No big deal.

I have no hatred or jealousy towards the Heat. I simply hate stupid internet memes like the Harlem Shake. I thought I made that clear, but I guess some people just desperately want to feel like people are jealous of them, and they'll cling to anything.
