FanIQ | Sports Rumors, Gossip, Blogs, News & Discussion ForumsEvery cloud has a silver lining and Minnesota Wild head coach Mike Yeo views it the same way. So does the player he has scratched for the second match in a row, winger Dany Heatley, who views that as not missing time but more time on the practice field to get his game better.

Heatley has scored 12 goals so far although after February 27 he has not scored even once. But that has not been because he has been facing any sort of problems about his game or physical form. Yeo explained that he reason he had not scored for such time was because he had switched his position to the fourth line after they had added Matt Moulson as winger to the team.

"Maybe that's some of it, but there's been some lines where it's not like he's been playing all fourth line," Yeo said. "There's still been power play situations, there's been time when he's playing with (Justin) Fontaine or (Erik) Haula or whatever. These are guys that are making plays."

Heatley has been in the NHL for 12 years and this was the 2nd time he was being scratched. Yeo said that Heatley was good on the practice and not making a fuss on the whole thing, which was something he really appreciated. He added that he was spending the time he had practicing his game and that was really good as it kept his edge up and when he returned he would be in excellent form.

"He's doing everything that he can right now and that's the key for me," Yeo said. "Use these practices to build the confidence back up, to get feeling good about yourself and that way when you get back in there, you're ready to take advantage of it."
