Missouri's Dorial Green-Beckham Suspended One Game
The Manheater, Missouri's student paper, received details of the incident through the local police department.
"The officer noticed the individuals sitting in a car and went up and made contact," MU Police Department spokesman Brian Weimer said. "The officer observed the odor of marijuana. Through the investigation, the officer made the arrest of three individuals."
Green-Beckham was the No. 1 overall recruit in the nation for the class of 2012 after hauling in 119 receptions for 2,233 yards and 24 touchdowns — all Missouri high school records. He recorded his first touchdown reception on an 80-yard pass from James Franklin in the 21-16 win over Central Florida on Saturday.
The Tigers are still in pursuit of their first SEC win and will host Vanderbilt this Saturday at Faurot Field.
