Missouri QB Ashton Glaser to Transfer
The 6'0", 205-pound junior was expected to serve as the backup to James Franklin, who is also a junior. This is the apparent reason of his intent to move on from the Tigers.
Glaser played in just one game during his two seasons with Missouri, but never threw a pass.
Since Missouri State is an FCS school, Glaser will not have to sit out a year and will be granted immediate playing eligibility.
As for Missouri will be left with only three scholarship quarterbacks, including Corbin Berkstresser (who was arrested in May and reinstated in June) and true freshman Maty Mauk.
