Today we get a two AFC rivalry games: The Ravens versus the Bengals and the Raiders versus the Chargers.

It is just Week 1, but every game in the NFL is a big one. For the AFC North rivals, Baltimore and Cincinnati, there is a chance to take an early lead in the division, as both Pittsburgh and Cleveland lost yesterday. San Diego and Oakland both saw Peyton Manning lead division-rival Denver to a big win yesterday, so they know that getting off to a get start is vital.

Here is the game info for both games:

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens, 7 p.m. ET., ESPN
Players to watch:
Cincinnati: Andy Dalton: Will Dalton be able to replicate his great first season, or will he have a sophomore slump?
Baltimore: Ray Rice: Can Rice live up the billing as one of the NFL's top running backs?
Line: Baltimore (-7)

San Diego Chargers at Oakland Raiders, 10:15 p.m. ET, ESPNAug 24, 2012; Minneapolis, MN, USA; San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers (17) against the Minnesota Vikings at the Metrodome. The Chargers defeated the Vikings 12-10. Mandatory Credit: Brace Hemmelgarn-US PRESSWIRE
Players to watch:
San Diego: Philip Rivers: Rivers had a disappointing season last year. Can he bounce back?
Oakland: Carson Palmer: It's his first full season as Oakland's starting quarterback--how will he do?
Line: Oakland (-1)

Last note: Chris Berman will be the play-by-play guy for the Oakland-San Diego game. So depending on your thoughts on him, take that for whatever you will...

Hey Jess you have been here a long time as myself. It is good to see you are still here. My Bengals got their heads handed to them.

In case you missed this from yesterday...

You're welcome.

Also, that is not roughing the passer.

This just in: Ray Lewis is still really good.

My daughter is incredibly enthused right now...and she's glued to the TV every Ravens offensive play. Michael Oher and The Blind Side have done much more to ensure her fandom than my husband and I and the Seahawks have managed. indecision

It's a rout!

Yeah, someone reviews all scoring plays.

I've decided to root for AJ Green.

If Green's wasn't a catch, Boldin's wasn't either.

Refs...

I think that was a catch by Green and he was down by contact before the ball came out...

I haven't decided who wins this first one yet.

The Ravens are having success throwing the ball, but I still think it is bad for them in the long run to abandon the running game and Ray Rice.

I'm one of those weirdos who absolutely loves Berman...and it's so much better than Collinsworth!
Fall is finally here. I heart MNF.
