Who's ready for some short track action under the lights? 

The Sprint Cup boys take to the high banks of Bristol for 500 laps at one of the all-time greatest short tracks.  You crash here, you'll go slip-slidin' away down the banking.  The track is so narrow that a single car spin can quickly turn into a 6-car pile up.  It's a track where anything can happen in the blink of an eye.  So what will happen tonight in addition to the guaranteed massive craziness that is Bristol under the lights?  Will one of the five winless chasers break out of his slump?  Will we see a first-time winner?  Can Bowyer and Ragan climb back into the Chase? 

All of these questions will be answered tomorrow night.  This is your official open race thread to discuss the happenings before, during, and after the race.  Enjoy, and good luck to all your favorite drivers!

Yet another example of why I hate Kyle Busch.  Don't b**** and moan that Carl Edwards bumped you to make the winning pass, because you know damn well you would've done the exact same thing if you were in Carl's position.  This kid is the biggest flaming hypocrite in NASCAR right now, and I'm so tired of his cocky attitude.  Everyone knows you'd wreck someone to win, and you have no right to do what you did when someone gives you a taste of your own medicine.  I applaud Carl Edwards for spinning him out on the cool down lap after Shrub tried to hit him.  He paid him back once and couldn't make the pass.  You don't have any business smacking the side of the 99 car AFTER the race!  Get your brains out of your a$$, Kyle Busch!  I hope that spin showed you the rest of the field is tired of your s***!

Kyle Busch and Edwards running 1,2? I've seen this race, over and over.  It's gotten boring.

I'm skipping watching this race.  Thank God for football!

Wow, a lot of Chasers have had problems tonight.  So much for Johnson and Burton clinching Chase spots.  Edwards will clinch, or so it looks, and Dale Jr. still has a chance to clinch a spot as well.  It also looks like the 5 winless Chasers are all having strong runs, all running in the top 13.  I think it's also safe to say this is the final blow for Truex.

ROFLMAO!!!!! Kyle calls that little rub a "hit"!!!  Cripes, grow some cajones Shrubby!  I wish Dale Sr was around to show him what a "hit" is!!!

Kyle almost hit those parked cars trying to get at Carl.  It was awsome seeing Carl spin him.

I thought it was a good race, but then that might be because I haven't seen the last three before this, other than hilights
