About Me:
I'm a wise ass so much of the time that most people have a hard time figuring when I'm serious .... especially online! The good thing is it's almost impossible to offend me and I appreciate witty comebacks ... from anyone! Especially if I can borrow them and use em against one of my buds the next time we're out in the pub or wherever.
NBA Finals Game 3, Postgame Interview - Surprising Revelation: English!

I wanted to post something funny and sarcastic about a sport that I loathe, Professional Basketball, and I figured an interview with Kobe Bryant would give me some sort of salt for my post. I was wrong!
Not only did he sound intelligent, but nothing any of the reporters asked him was able to shake him ... and that shocked me.
For the record it didn't shock me for any other reason than the fact that I am NOT a Kobe fan. I have to admit straight off that everything I know about him comes from what I read on Wikipedia and from what I've heard on the news over the last 10 years. Partly because of the debacles between him and Shaq, and partly because I felt he was too young to be drafted into a league and handed the kind of salary he was handed at such a young age. I guess I was expecting to hear something similar to the unprofessional remarks he and Shaq used to engage in, that helped destroy any respect I had for the two players.
So, Today I give him credit where it is due and show him some respect. I may not be a Laker fan, or a Kobe fan, but I'm honest ... and I gotta give him even more props for the two whitty remarks about Belichek and Schilling! That was good comedy!!
