LeBron James and the Heat are 6.5-point favorites heading into Game 7 against the Pacers

LeBron James; Roy Hibbert; Game 7—oh my! The sweetest thing in sports in an elimination game with so much on the line—for the Miami Heat, it’s a chance at making three consecutive NBA Finals appearances, and wining a second-straight title. For the Indiana Pacers, it’s a shot knocking off one of the historically great players of this era, and returning to the NBA Finals for the first time in over a decade.
The Pacers were massive underdogs heading into Eastern Conference Finals and started out the matchup as a -700 series price dog. The prevailing thought entering the series was that Indiana had the size and defensive prowess to give Miami trouble, but would lose in six games.
Now that we’ve had 24 quarters plus overtime to process this series, the scary truth is that we might be in for a Spurs/Pacers NBA Finals—David Stern must be shivering somewhere. Here is a quick look at the Game 7 lines.
Pacers: +6.5, moneyline: +270
Heat: -6.5, moneyline: -330
Total: 181.5
