LeBron James and the Miami Heat remain the overwhelming favorites to win this year's title

The NBA playoffs have gone on a wild ride over the last month, and the postseason has had more twist and turns than a cheesy scary movies.  The Heat are still the overwhelming favorites to win the title, but the West has been shaken up because of the injury to Russell Westbrook and the sudden elimination of the OKC Thunder.
Suddenly the Grizzlies and Spurs are now co-favorites to win the best, and are both next in line as the favorite to win the title, should the Miami Heat fall a part in the Eastern Conference Finals.
