With a handful of blockbuster deals happening over the past two weeks it's unlikely we'll see another one today, but there's always hope Memphis will allow themselves to get fleeced, again. Names like Ron Artest, Mike Miller, and Vince Carter have been floated but all seem like long shots.
Here's a roundup of what's already happened and what might:
- Bobby Jackson headed to Houston; Mike "trade deadline" James and Bonzi Wells to New Orleans. The more shooters the better for the Rockets. Nice move for both.
- A Ron Artest to Denver deal has been discussed at length, but sounds like it won't happen.
- Various references to the Cavs pulling off a "blockbuster." I'm not sure Mike Miller qualifies as that, but I'm also pretty sure it won't happen. Sorry, Lebron.
- Everyone BUT Isiah Thomas saw this headline coming when Zach was signed: "Knicks trying to unload Randolph"
- Chad Ford breaks down some more rumors here.
Feel free to rumormonger here as the deadline approaches. Trade Machine screenshots encouraged.
