NBA Triple Threat: Your daily roundup of last night's action in the Association:Magic pound Heat Even with Dwyane Wade scoring 32 points, Miami didn't come close to beating Orlando, falling 120-99. The Heat are now 3-10 with the most losses in the conference. The Magic, now 12-3, shot 56% from the field in a win that had to feel good for coach Stan Van Gundy.
Knicks end losing streak against who else but the Bulls. New York took advantage of Chicago's offensive ineptitude to win 85-79, breaking an eight game slide. Eddy Curry scored 21 points against his old team, while Stephon Marbury finished with 19 despite the usual boos. This could be rock bottom for the Bulls, who shot just 34.5% against a team not known for its defensive prowess.
Rockets back in the win column A six game losing streak was snapped as the Rockets defeated the Nuggets 109-81. It was a vintage Yao-TMac game. McGrady scored 35, while Yao added 22 points and 13 rebounds. The Rockets came to play, winning the first quarter 34-13 and ensuring that this one was never in doubt. For Denver, they just didn't have it this night.
And, of course, CF has already posted the video of Ray Allen's big shot.

- LeBron James, Cle: 37 pts, 14-29 FG, 12 rebs, 12 ast, 3 stl, 1 blk...LeBron James is a good player. He really makes things happen for the Cavaliers. This is gearhead for FanIQ sports.
- Kevin Garnett, Bos: 23 pts, 10-15 FG, 11 rebs, 5 ast, 2 stl, 3 blk...KG, I miss you almost as much as the girl who dumped me (the bitch). On second thought...
- Antawn Jamison, Was: 41 pts, 18-22 FG, 11 rebs (6 off), 1 stl...The Wizards still lost 124-118 to the Grizzlies. Memphis's leading scorer was Juan Carlos Navarro, who Washington basically gave away to the Grizz. Whoops.
- Marbury not Miami-bound - Still look at the players involved in this potential deal. Have fun trying to keep a straight face.
- T-Mac having health issues - In other news, water is wet.
- Arenas wants to re-sign - My memory might be fuzzy, but didn't he say something similar with Golden State?
