NBA Triple Threat: Your (almost) daily roundup of last night's action in the Association:New Orleans 98, Orlando 97 It was a horrible game for Peja Stojakovic until the final minute. There, he hit a big three and three foul shots to help the Hornets hold off Orlando. The Magic had a chance to win with 6.1 seconds left, but some good defense left Keyon Dooling to take the last shot. You can guess how that turned on. New Orleans won their team record 24th road win of the season, and remained tied atop the Western Conference with the Spurs.
Denver 126, Phoenix 120
San Antonio 116, Golden State 92
These results combine push the Nuggets into the 8th spot in the West, a half game ahead of the Warriors. Denver is a half game behind Dallas for 7th. The Nuggets led by as much as 14, but watched that evaporate. Unlike last night unless the Suns, where they blew a 22 point lead, they recovered to hold on. The Spurs dominated Golden State in just about every way, outshooting them 55.1% to 37.5% and outrebounding them 54-37.

- Bucks start interviewing for GM spot - No, they haven't talked to Simmons.
- Durant and Green going to summer school - While I certainly won't begrudge the two for continuing to work on their degrees, but would it be better for the Sonics (or whatever they'll be called) if they played in the summer league?
- Arenas Would Take Pay Cut - Uh, suuuuure.
