NBA Triple Threat: Your (almost) daily roundup of last night's action in the Association:Suns score and score A whopping 78 point first half propelled the Suns to a 137-115 rout of the Nuggets. Phoenix hit 20 three-pointers, just one shy of the NBA record. General Manager Steve Kerr had a talk with the Suns before the game, and apparently it worked. The Suns shot 53.8% from the field, including 64.5% from three. Tonight, the Suns were the Buzzsaw in Phoenix.
Warriors pull away in OT The Spurs came back from six down in the final 47 seconds of regulation, but the overtime was all Golden State as the Warriors won 130-121. Stephen Jackson scored 12 points in overtime, more than the entire Spurs' team combined. In a span of 56 seconds, Jackson hit two three-pointers and made two free throws. Once again, the Warriors own crunch time.

- Baron Davis, GS: 34 pts, 11-18 FG, 6 rebs, 14 ast, 1 stl...With 12 fourth quarter points, Davis was no crunch time slouch himself.
- Tim Duncan, SA: 32 pts, 13 rebs, 3 ast
- Warriors considering Payton? - I've probably said this before, but I think Payton's chances of contributing anywhere aren't good.
- Cassell might want trade - To the surprise of absolutely no one.
- Foye to have CAT scan- Getting Foye back might allow the Wolves to win 10 games. Might.
