NBA Triple Threat: Your (almost) daily roundup of last night's action in the Association:Warriors survive Nets Normally when a team scores 22 straight points in the fourth quarter, it's an easy win. However, Golden State nearly blew a 13 point lead, needing some big free throws late to defeat New Jersey 121-119. The Nets' rally dried up in the final minute, when they couldn't hit from downtown. The Nets have now lost seven in a row.
15 in a row for Heat Miami almost scored a big upset of the Spurs, but San Antonio rallied from ten down to win 90-89, handing the Heat their 15th straight loss. FBS hit the go ahead laying with 36.5 seconds left, and Miami amazingly lost despite leading or being tied for 46:48 of the game.
Bucks 104, Pacers 92 Kantwistaye was at this game. Read his account of things. It's better than anything I could've come up with about this one.

With the exception of AI getting the nod over T-Mac (a good thing), there's no real surprises here, save maybe Carmelo. Who got snubbed from the starting lineups?
Best Lines
- Monta Ellis, GS: 39 pts, 13-18 FG, 13-14 FT, 4 rebs, 2 ast, 3 stl...That is a career high in points for Ellis.
- Tim Duncan, SA: 30 pts, 14-19 FG, 11 rebs, 5 ast, 1 blk...Sometimes you just need to acknowledge a master at work.
- Michael Redd, Mil: 37 pts, 5-13 3PT, 5 rebs, 5 ast, 1 stl
- Will Shaq walk away? - Right now, this appears to be media speculation, but you never know.
- Arenas will be put back into starting lineup - Will a hobbled and getting back into game shape Arenas really help the Wizards that much?
- Thorn defends Lawrence Frank - That should seal Frank's fate.
