Wow I didn't notice rat-girl before but you're right!  The picture directly under that one, the girl on the far right looks like a nine year old pretending to dress up like a cheerleader.

That's awesome.  I was thinking along similar lines yesterday since the red-eye is really there in a more creepy and mechanical sense.  Maybe the lack of star power is a reason Christian Bale threw such a piss fit on the set!  The blond cheerleader in the picture has more of a rat-like quality to her red-eye (and her face as a whole).
