NCAA Tournament Friday Afternoon Thread: Still Waiting On The Big Upset

For the college basketball enthusiasts, yesterday was still an exciting day of hoops. But for those who are big fans for just three weeks of the season it was a bit of a letdown. Almost upsets don't count, and Kansas State over USC hardly fell into that category.

16 more games, 16 more opportunities. Looking forward to Gonzaga-Davidson in the early window. Stephen Curry vs Jeremy Pargo is as good a backcourt duel as we'll see in the early rounds. We'll see how much Davidson's early games against UNC, UCLA and Duke pay off today against a team that also isn't afraid of a tough schedule. Best chance for an "upset" this afternoon -- Western Kentucky over Drake.

0	I am really hoping for upsets galore. I am talking, "cats and dogs living together, mass hysteria!" kind of upsets. Sure it will screw me in the pools and on prediction points, but it would be worth not getting to #278. I want shenanigans to break out across the brackets. I will have my broom at the ready if it does.

0	i was way more disappointed at the competitiveness of the games. I'd rather not have crazy upsets because Sat/Sun games become less competitive, however, there wasn't a lot of close games either. two good games on now, kinda disappointing I don't have direcTV

Probably a stretch. Have you watched his brother, Seth Curry, play? He is a senior at the same school Stephen came from heading to some school which I do not remember. Like his brother, he is under recruited and supposed to have a great stroke. Just wondering...
