NCAA makes up for Duke's mistake. Grants lacrosse players another year of eligibilty.

Amazingly, the NCAA decided to use common sense for a change. I'm not sure why this upsets on a minor level, but it does.

Without question these kids deserve the extra year, but I can't help but think of the cases where common sense has been thrown out the window. Granted, this case may be far more extreme than most.

Now the NCAA decides to make up for the mistake Duke made last year, and grant this team another year. These guys do deserve it, but I wish the NCAA was a little more consistent and looked at the entire situation more often as they've done here. Hooray to the NCAA for at least figuring it out this one time.

Sometimes you just have to converse with yourself, ha.

I guess that innocent until proven guilty thing pretty much never existed. I know the kids are suing the D.A. which they should win easily.

I don't know if there will ever be any justice for him.  At least the kids are getting some of the justice they deserve.

Can the NCAA mandate they re-hire the coach? They should.

Wow.  That's interesting.  I can't say that I would have seen this coming.

I agree that they should be more consistent.  However, this was a pretty usual case.  I can't imagine many situations that would have warranted it more than this one.

What I'm now waiting on is everyone who condemmed that coach and those kids to publicly apologize.  Especially the coach.
