Blog Photo - NCAAF Week 5 Live ThreadNow this is more like it. After last week's complete dud, college football brings it and then some this week. Not surprisingly, this week is the first big week of conference play. I'm guessing there's a correlation there. The biggest matchup of all today is LSU heading between the hedges to face Georgia. The Tigers have started well, but this is their biggest test by far up to this point. It's obviously a huge game for Georgia as well, as they can't afford another loss if they want to stay in the national title race. Today is also the first big test for Ohio State, as Wisconsin and their ridiculous running game come to the Horseshoe. Ole Miss also gets a crack to show they're ready for the big time, visiting Alabama.

Even the few non-conference games have some intrigue, led by Oklahoma-Notre Dame, the fourth matchup of the day between ranked teams. South Carolina, meanwhile, has a noon kickoff at Central Florida, and the pundits are indicating that UCF has at least a chance at pulling the upset.

Here's a look at the Top 25 schedule and all other games on TV. Games in bold are the big games, such as they are today. Games that might interest the college football junkie are in italics.

This LSU-Georgia game is something else. The SEC is not a defensive league anymore.

Looks like WVU will hold on. LSU and Georgia have already traded touchdown, and Notre Dame has already embarrassed itself.

The UCF upset bid sputtered and died in the second half, but West Virginia is looking like they may beat Oklahoma State.
