Adrian Peterson just said that his Vikings gave the game to the Saints by turning the ball over so often.  I was watching the game that he was playing in and it's for sure that the Vikings didn't give the Saints diddly-squat--the Saints took the ball from the Vikings repeatedly, with Saints fists pounding the ball out of the arms of Vikings running backs and receivers, and Saints arms cradling in Brett Favre-thrown interceptions.

A job well done, Saints!  May you do an even better job on the Colts in two weeks!!

And yet they STILL had a chance to win in regulation... until that INT.

That played a part too, but Favre was leading them down for a game-winning drive and made a terrible pass right down the middle with under 10 seconds to go in the 4th quarter.  Who knows if Longwell would've made the FG, but Favre screwed up with the game on the line.

Honestly, I wasn't worried. Not in the slightest. I knew what was going to happen, and I had been predicting it literally all year. Before he even signed with the Vikings.

Throwing a INT into quadruple coverage, forcing a lot of passes into double/triple coverage, being part of the cause to that first fumble inside the 5, yea..can't possibly find any reasons.

I already knew that.  However, Favre also likes to make poor throws with his "gun-slinger" mentality, like the INT he threw earlier.  As good as people claim he is, he's just as equally as bad.  How else would you explain being the career leader in TDs AND interceptions?  Don't answer that, let's just watch the game.

You can't drive the QB into the turf? It was a wrap-up and clean tackle. Just like Aikman said, it's what is TAUGHT to pop-warner kids, and that was a perfectly executed tackle and was initiated BEFORE the ball was even out of Brett's hand. That was not a penalty, and hasn't been called all season, that wasn't a "driving" hit at all.
