Mike:  Thats tough to say.  I think this will be his last season in Green Bay for sure.  There's no way he can trust Ted Thompson to put together a team that can contend.  I think he either retires after this year, or gets traded to a contender for one last shot.

That said, is it time for the team to start looking toward the future at the QB position?  If so, what do they have right now behind Brett Favre?

The team is saying that they are playing to win now, so from that perspective we shouldn't be looking towards that future.  However, management is obviously lying.  At first I liked what Aaron Rodgers had to offer, but I'm no longer sold on him.  I think we need to look for someone else to be our QB of the future.

So what moves have the Green Bay packers made this off season, and what do you think will have the most immediate effect (outside the draft)?

So did Green Bay accomplish anything in the off season?  That is to say, is there any silver lining going into the coming season?

We have a shot at drafting Darren McFadden (laughs). The beginning of this season will be awesome for Packer fans, because we get to see Brett set some records, but other than that this season will be a drag.  The only thing we really accomplished this off-season is guarantee that we'll mediocre at best for a while.

Fair enough.  What is the biggest weakness on the team right now?

Other than GM?  It has to be the lack of any offensive play-makers.  I think McCarthy is a pretty solid coach, and is a good game planner, but he has no weapons to work with. 

The Packers had some success last year, just barely missing the playoffs.  What was the cause of their success?

I was stunned by last year's team honestly.  McCarthy made the most out of everything management gave him, and the players played well beyond their talent. I think the reason for their success was that they were a true team and played like one - albeit a mediocre one.

What team in the NFL do you think might be a worse team than the Packers next season?

The Raiders.  All I can say is thank God I'm not a Raiders fan.  The sad thing is that I think even the Lions are looking better than us right now.

How long, you think, will it take for the Packers to be in contention once again?

Thats a good question.  I can say that I don't see Ted Thompson leading us to contention.  I think T.T. might have another two years before he's gone, and then it could take 3 years for the next guy to build us up.  So maybe 5 years?  I don't really know, and I just scared myself because I don't want to go through 5 years of that.  Hopefully I'm dead wrong.
