It's almost that time again... another slate of NFL games is less than 48 hours away. Here's some Week 10 predictions, courtesy of me, as well as the rest of the FanIQ users.
Games That Really Matter:
Tennessee Titan At Chicago Bears [75% of FanIQ picks the Titans, average score 24-19]
This should be a defensive struggle, without a doubt. The Titans may be able to put up some points on the Bears, but they won't be able to run all over them like they've done to other teams. And when the Bears offense is on the field, the advantage without a doubt lies with the Titans defense. The Titans will remain unbeaten, and the fact that they're in Chicago is the only thing that could keep this one remotely close. I'm predicting Titans 23, Bears 9
Buffalo Bills At New England Patriots [58% Patriots, 23-21]
The winner of this one will emerge as the favorite to win the AFC East. The Bills have definitely closed the gap, but the Patriots are still the better team, and playing in Gillette won't hurt them. Patriots 27, Bills 20
Green Bay Packers At Minnesota Vikings [60% Packers, 23-21]
FanIQ users are looking pretty vanilla with their picks here. 23-21 again, ho hum. Assuming the Bears lose to the Titans, whoever takes this game will be tied atop the NFC North at 5-4. Both teams need this shot in the arm, but the disparity at the QB position will be the deciding factor in this one. Packers 32, Vikings 27
New Orleans Saints At Atlanta Falcons [52% Falcons, 25-24]
One more game that has big division implications. The Falcons are currently winless in the NFC South, but are still only 1 game out of first. If the Saints lose, however, they will be in rather deep hole. Unfortunately for them, that's what will happen. Michael Turner will have a field day on Sunday, and rush for AT LEAST 130 yards and a TD. You heard it here first, folks. Falcons 28, Saints 20
Indianapolis Colts @ Pittsburgh Steelers [73% Steelers, 25-21]
The Steelers shouldn't have too much trouble with the Colts this week. Peyton Manning & Co haven't been able to do much offensively all year, and there's not much of a chance of that changing against the Steelers' potent defense. Steelers 27, Colts 17
New York Giants At Philadelphia Eagles [71% Giants, 26-22]
This is the Eagles' chance to show they're legit, and put the division back within reach. The Giants showed some serious vulnerabilities against the Browns, and the Eagles will do their best to exploit them. Look for the Eagles to make a statement in this one. Eagles 23, Giants 16
Games That Don't Matter Quite As Much:
-Rams @ Jets-
FanIQ: 93% Jets, 27-16
Me: Rams 29, Jets 26
-Seahawks @ Dolphins-
FanIQ: 88% Dolphins, 23-14
Me: Dolphins 31, Seahawks 13
-Jaguars @ Lions-

Me: Jaguars 22, Lions 12
-Ravens @ Texans-
FanIQ: 79% Ravens, 22-17
Me: Ravens 34, Texans 15
--Panthers @ Raiders-
FanIQ: 96% Panthers, 29-13
Me: Panthers 44, Raiders 10
-Chiefs @ Chargers-
FanIQ: 91% Chargers, 27-16
Me: Chargers 24, Chiefs 22
The Monday Night "Ehh..." Game:
San Francisco 49ers At Arizona Cardinals [94% Cardinals, 29-17]
The 49ers are awful. The Cardinals are actually quite good. Their division is all but locked up at this point, and now the Cardinals just need to take care of business. Kurt Warner is playing out of his mind right now, and there's really no one on the Niners who can stop him. Look for a huge day from him and his stud WR's, and a huge Cardinals win. A couple late 49ers TD's will make this one look a lot closer than it really is. Cardinals 37, 49ers 24
