Saturday, January 9New York Jets at Cincinnati Bengals
4:30 pm EST, NBC
FanIQ Consensus: Bengals 23, Jets 21
My pick: Bengals 23, Jets 13
-The Jets beat them last week, but let's be serious... that was a meaningless game. This time, with the Bengals throwing everything they've got at Mark Sanchez, look for the interceptions to mount, and the Bengals to prevail.
Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys
8:00 pm EST, NBC
FanIQ Consensus: Cowboys 25, Eagles 22
My pick: Eagles 27, Cowboys 20
-The Cowboys have looked great lately, but there's still some huge question marks about Tony Romo in the postseason. If they win this game, I'm pretty confident that they could beat the Vikings. It might not be their time for a playoff win yet, though.
Sunday January 10

Baltimore Ravens at New England Patriots
1:00 pm EST, CBS
FanIQ Consensus: Patriots 24, Ravens 21
My pick: Patriots 20, Ravens 13
-The Patriots are a great home team. They were undefeated at Gillette Stadium this year. However, the playoffs are a completely different animal. The Ravens are built for the playoffs, and Ray Rice is the perfect player to beat the Patriots. They struggle aagainst great running backs, and Rice is versatile, and one of the best in the business. I think Bill Belichick will find a way to neutralize him, and the Patriots should be able to win. Joe Flacco is no threat to them.
Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals
4:30 pm EST, FOX
FanIQ Consensus: Packers 26, Cardinals 23
My pick: Cardinals 30, Packers 28
-I like the Packers, and I like Aaron Rodgers. But this Cardinals team has some solid playoff experience, and Larry Fitzgerald is the guy I'd want on my team first, in a big situation. I have a feeling they'll pull this one off at home.

Ravens who forced three of Brady's four turnovers which means they spanked the golden boy. The Master was stopped by the Ravens and very well.

If, and it's a big if, Sanchez does not throw a single interception in the post season, he could be wearing a Super Bowl ring in Feb.

Your right. The eagles didn't care at all about the difference between 2 and 6 and the fact that they now have to travel to the toughest teams' home places to go to the superbowl. In fact, they PREFER a 6 spot. That way, they don't get the love and support from their fans.

Jets beat the Bengals in a close one. The Patriots will stop Ray Rice and pick off Flacco on two or more costly picks. Yes, the Patriots will beat the Ravens with their Defense. The Cowboys will end their play-off blues and beat the Eagles for the third time in one season....barely..!! In the upset of the week, Aaron Rodgers will light it up for real against the Cardinals. The Packers defense will pressure Kurt Warner into making mistakes and neutralize Beanie Wells and Tim Hightower by making them a non-factor. Fitzgerald will be slowed down by his injury. Boldin will make some plays but not enough to win the ball game. Packers will move on to play the Saints.

warner will have big pass plays
1/9/10 | rogercarver1960 | 126 respect
Bengals should expose Sanchez's int tendency, Cowboys should win unless Romo does his usual playoff game, Brady should beat the Ravens unless he can't find a receiver to help him out, Green Bay should win unless Warner gets some big pass plays.

Before you start talking smack you better check your facts... Brady has only been in the league for 10 yrs !!!!! and played only one down in his first season !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Kid,' I got news for you on the Patriots/Ravens game. You think you know it when you say the Pats won all home games but the playoffs are different. Who the heck do you think you are talking to? TOM BRADY IS NOT ONLY 5-0 against the Ravens. He has also NOT lost a HOME PLAYOFF GAME IN 12 years. 12 years kid you got that. I doubt he starts now. You better have a little more faith if you are going to write an article about Tom in the playoffs. This year will just be 13 YEARS without a LOSS in a HOME playoff game and well 6-0 against the Ravens. Think the birds would get tired of losing to the Pats, huh? 12 years and no loss in a playoff game. BRADY IS A MASTER AT HIS CRAFT. You better do your homework before you going writing about the Patriots kid-o.

The article is referring to if the Cowboys win the game, not the Eagles. They WOULD then play the Vikings next week.

AwfulstupidcrazyGreat predictions faniq. Good job.Ummm... did you not see the Jets and Bengals game? The Jets won in a blowout, and they're favored to win as well. And it was a bigger blowout, too.
1/8/10 | aos035 | 68 respect
Wow, the Cowboys are the only team that can win in a blowout and then be expected to lose the next week to the same team.
AwfulstupidcrazyGreat predictions faniq. Good job.1/8/10 | adrisoto86 | 117 respect
i'm actually surprised at how many people are picking Green Bay to lose this weekend. i may sound biased or whatever you want to call it but come on the Packers have the #2 defense in the league and no one has a hotter offense than they do right now. Packers win this game for sure. Bengals, Cowboys, and Pats win too.

You are picking against your beloved Cowboys?
So am I! I'll take the
Bengals over da Jets 31 -17
Eagles over the Cowboys 23-20

Pat, good picks. I too think the Cards will pull it off this week, as they kept their playbook shut and ran vanilla plays all last week. I'll be at that Cards game and we are going to send the Fudge Packers packing for Green Bay!!!!

If the Eagles win they're not going to be playing the Vikings since they're a six seed. They're going to be playing the Saints.

I feel really dirty saying this...I really hope the Patriots win over the Ravens. As a Colts fan, the Ravens scare me A LOT more than the Jets or Bengals. Plus, I want to see the Patriots and Chargers beat each other to death.
