NFL Week 11 Live Thread

The AFC West, A Couple Undefeated Records, And Rex Ryan's Pride Are All On The Line [NFL Week 11 Live Thread]

11/22/09 in NFL   |   Pat   |   5233 respect

In the earlier games, the Saints and Colts both put their undefeated records on the line. The Saints travel to Tampa Bay, so they're probably safe. The Colts have it a little rougher, playing the Ravens in Baltimore. The good news for the Colts is that Terrell Suggs won't be playing today for the Ravens, removing a key component in that defense.

The big 4:00 games include the Chargers visiting the Broncos, and the Patriots hosting the Jets in a statement game. The Broncos are sliding, and the Chargers are surging as they head into Denver. The team who wins this game will sit alone atop the AFC West... for now. And in the AFC East, the Jets have done a lot of talking since their Week 2 win against the Patriots, but their play has dropped off significantly as of late. Can the Patriots avenge their early loss? To be honest, I'd be shocked if they didn't, with the way they've been playing lately. This is their chance to take out some frustration from last week's tough loss to the Colts.

Check out The506 to see which games will be on TV in your area. Here's the schedule:

1:00
49ers at Packers
Saints at Buccaneers
Falcons at Giants
Colts at Ravens
Seahawks at Vikings
Browns at Lions
Bills at Jaguars
Redskins at Cowboys
Steelers at Chiefs

4:00
Cardinals at Rams
Jets at Patriots
Bengals at Raiders
Chargers at Broncos

The Steelers are being too hospitable guaranteeing their opponent at least 1 td per game! It seems as though no adjustments have been made...is it me, or is special teams getting worse! At this point, they do not look like defending champions...Steelers, get it together!

A few of the games I get that, try refreshing a couple times and it should show up correctly. Other games show up first time just fine.

I will agree there are to many Steeler fans that act like Ben is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but he's not as overrated as some people make him out to be.

Rams go 3 and out... Leinhart to start the 2nd half for the Cardinals.  Even though it's going to probably affect alot of Quick fantasy teams, it's the right decision for the Cardinals.  Rams are putting up very little challenge and the Cardinals can do whatever they want on both sides of the ball.
