NFL Week 3 Late Game Scores and Recap: Eagles, Jaguars, Broncos Come Up Big
Who Had The Jaguars and Colts Both At 1-2?
Let's look at the late afternoon games:

Jaguars Win On Late Field Goal 23-21:  The Colts run D once again was absolutely destroyed.  The Jaguars ran for 236 yards on the ground and held time of possession 42 to 18.  Indy had a chance late, as they had first and goal with about 1:15 left.  But on first and second down, they threw for incompletions, leaving time on the clock.  Even though they ran it in on 3rd down, the Jaguars had a minute and three timeouts to get in field goal range.  And Josh Scobee was money from 51 yards out.  And now the Jaguars and Colts, two teams with a lot of expectations, are both 1-2.

49ers Flatten Lions 31-13:  The Lions are bad, who knew?  Frank Gore ran for 130 yards and a touchdown, and J.T. O'Sullivan was efficient.

Seahawks Destroy Rams 37-13:
The Rams may be the one team worse than the Lions.  Seattle ran for 245 yards; Julius Jones and T.J. Duckett each had good days.  Now we watch the competition between Detroit and St. Louis for the #1 pick.

Denver Holds On For 34-32 Win:  Martin Gramatica will have no one sitting next to him on the flight back.  Two missed field goals, one from 51, and the other from 43.  It was a back and forth battle after Denver gave up a 21-3 lead.  Brandon Marshall had 155 yards and a touchdown.  With that, Denver could arguably be the best in the AFC, as they are now 3-0 with Tenneesee and Buffalo.

Browns Fall To 0-3 With 28-10 loss to Baltimore:

This just in, the Browns suck.  The Ravens shut down the Browns passing game.  Anderson was 14-37 with 3 INTs, and now the Brady Quinn watch begins.  LeRon McClain and Willis McGahee combined for 130 yards.  The Ravens are now a quiet 2-0.

Eagles Beat Steelers 15-6:
Injuries a plenty in this game.  Brian Westbrook left early and didn't return, and Ben Roethlisberger got hurt late.  The offensive line showed why it was such a huge question mark for the Steelers coming in.  When you allow NINE sacks and only get 33 rushing yards, you're going to lose.  Ultimately, that line will be what holds Pittsburgh back from real contention.  The Eagles offense was ok, but nothing special.  Both teams are now 2-1.

We're almost three weeks down, what do you think of the NFL so far?

Or they could just be another 1-2 team... Denver always starts out good, give them some time before naming them the best anything.

Right now, it's a freaking toss up in the AFC.  Denver, San Diego, Indy, New England, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Buffalo??   Who the hell is it?  I have no freaking idea.

Andy Reid and Mike Tomlin are going to have a field day chewing out their offenses this week.

The Eagles pretty much had 13 sacks.  4 times they got to him but he gained like 1/1.5 yards.  Hopefully it's nothing serious to Westbrook, that would be a huge blow.  But all in all, I'm loving what I'm seeing.  Week 1 the offense and defense were on fire.   Week 2, the defense was struggling, but the offense kept them in.  And week 3, the offense has an off week and the defense comes up HUGE.

Denver started 2-0 last year, but the difference in statistical output isn't even close.

This is the best offense Denver has had in more than a decade, and they have the easiest schedule in football. Be prepared for domination.
I agree that the offense look great, especially Brandon Marshall.  However, that defense looks horrible.  I know the Chargers and Saints will make a lot of defenses look poorly, but giving up 28 ppg is a real issue.
