This week features some of the best teams in the NFL facing off against each other. The undefeated Giants and Saints will meet in New Orleans, and the Vikings will finally get a real test against a very good (but struggling) Ravens team, after going 5-0 against teams that have a cobmined record of 7-17. The 49ers (3-2) are the only winning team they've played so far, and they beat them by the slimmest of margins, courtesy of a miraculous last-second catch by Greg Lewis. We'll see if they can beat a pretty solid Ravens team

Check out the coverage maps, courtesy of The506 to see which games you'll be able to watch in your area. Here's the schedule of today's games:

1:00
Panthers at Buccaneers
Rams at Jaguars
Texans at Bengals
Lions at Packers
Giants at Saints
Browns at Steelers
Chiefs at Redskins
Ravens at Vikings

4:00
Titans at Patriots
Cardinals at Seahawks
Eagles at Raiders
Bills at Jets

If you're watching, chat it up with us here. Don't forget to make your predictions on our NFL Pick 'Em Page, and as always, enjoy the games!

Two great games for me to watch in the early batch... Giants-Saints and Ravens-Vikings... gotta love it.

The Browns just tried Josh Cribbs at QB.  He threw an INT to Polamalu.  This is why you don't use Cribbs at QB.

10/18/09

Holmes just got himself about 20 yards further than he should've if the Browns could tackle, awesome!

And yet Cribbs still has more passing yards than Derek Anderson right now.

The Browns receivers already have 4 dropped passes, but Anderson hasn't exactly thrown great passes either.  No wonder they've now gone 11 quarters and counting without a TD on the Steelers.

Steelers get a FG, which they should've had from the beginning if Tomlin kicks the field goal like he should.  Although based on the measurement, they should've gotten zero.

I still don't understand, doesn't the ball have to be past the stick to be a first down, or is it just past the chain links?  They're definitely gonna have to explain that one.

The sticks are supposed to be 10 yds from the inside of one pole to the inside of the other pole.... meaning the nose of the football should be touching the pole for a first down. CLEARLY that call was blown!  But Im still trying to rationalize HOW?   I mean, CANT YOU FREAKIN SEE REF?

10/18/09

Wow... that should be a touchback for the Giants, but since "Blow It Dead" Ed Hochuli is there, it looks like the Saints will get the ball.

Longwell FG is GOOD     Vikes back in front 33-31.

Ravens went 73 yds in 3 plays for a TD, then Williams fumbled first Viking play on next series recovered by Ravens and the Ravens scored an a 33 yd run on next play.

Ravens have 1:50 to go. At the Balt 33 after kickoff return. Vikings D has fallen apart the last two series. Nedd to step up here.

Akers kicked another FG. There should've been a roughing the kicker penalty against the Raiders. Its not called. Raiders lead 13-9.

I'm beginning to think that everyone thought that Mark Sanchez AND the New York Jets were better than they really are.

if the eagles lose to the raiders, and the game is blacked out where no one can watch it, does it really count as a loss?

59-0 with 2:52 to go? Belichick has lost his edge. The record was there for the taking.

This is pathetic neither the Jets or Bills want to win. Put the cheerleaders in maybe one of them will make a play.

Although I admire your respect for the Giants, perhaps you never really took the time to check out the fact that the Giants were not really worthy of all the praise they received for being undefeated. Up until getting smashed by the Saints, they had really never played a "real" team. The Vikings are a good team for now, but they can be exposed.
