NFL releases report on Richie Incognito, Jonathan Martin and the Miami Dolphins

The official report is out, and it looks pretty bad for pretty much everyone on the Dolphins

Blog Photo - NFL releases report on Richie Incognito, Jonathan Martin and the Miami DolphinsThe full report about the Dolphins' bullying scandal is out, and to be quite frank, it doesn't look good for anyone.

In particular, Richie Incognito and Mike Pouncey come off looking the worst, but John Jerry, Jonathan Martin and Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin don't come away unscathed either.
Some highlights (or lowlights) of the 144-page report go far beyond the text messages exchanged between Martin and Incognito that we saw earlier.

There are allegations of blatant racism, homophobic behavior and harassment of certain players and team employees, and even participation from members of the coaching staff.

Deadspin is doing a good job detailing the worst of the report, so you can check that out here.

I'll be surprised if Richie Incognito has a job in the NFL ever again.

I don't understand how the entire Dolphin's staff is still in tact.

With everything being said, I was starting to wonder if maybe Incognito (as much as I hated it) might have been telling the truth about Martin saying something after the fact. After reading the report and another link I saw today, I feel worse for Martin than I did even at the beginning. I realize guys sometimes give each other ish back and forth - my husband and his friends are prime examples. And I'm not gonna lie - after reading a lot of what's been going on in this case over the past few months, I've thought about the fact that a similar situation could happen with them (if in fact Martin was just coming in crying "victim" after the fact.) But after what I've read today, it went far beyond people just messing around. Sad.
