Hope everyone had a great Christmas! Here’s the last write up of 2007 for me.  Sorry I have to keep it kind of short due to a family Christmas, my computer being broken, and that its currently midnight and I’m just starting.

A few highlights this week…

Dallas scores 8 goals on Minnesota.

San Jose Sharks win their team record 9^th straight road game, which is good because they haven’t won more than 2 in a row at home.

Alexander Ovechkin nets 4 goals and an assist to knock off the senators 8-6.

Despite having the league leader in points, Tampa Bay becomes statistically the 2^nd worst team in the league.

But only to the LA Kings, which ended an 8 game losing streak against Colorado. Get another one!

The Red Wings keep on rolling…with a +55 goal differential, 23 better than second place Ottawa.  They also are having to grind games out of late.  Who says a Detroit-Ottawa final?
