Accuracy, Hardest Shot, and Breakaway Challenge. Wait 'til you see some of these crazy creative shots from some of these guys - it's unreal.

Personally, I couldn't help but think it would be cool to have a player from my team take the Breakaway Challenge, so you can imagine my excitement when Getzlaf came close and my deflation when Ovechkin completely schooled him. Simply Amazing.

It would have been great to see all the forwards from both sides in the breakaway challenge. I have seen Anze Kopitar score some pretty awesome shoot out goals---let alone I have heard he does some amazing moves when practice is over. It was a bit disappointing not to see him have that chance. By the way, what did you think of the coverage? I think it could have been better.

Also, I have to say this, did you see the lion mascot in back of the western conference coaches when they were being announced? That would be Bailey from the Kings! Pretty funny!

I did see him, that was awesome!
I thought the coverage could have been better too, but I guess it was to be expected with Versus. It was still fun to watch but you're right, it could definitely have been better.

I read something somewhere that every player on the All Stars roster had to compete in at least one event, so I'm thinking that kind of made it hard to make room for people in some others etc. What I thought was REALLY odd was Ovechkin in the hardest shot comp. Heh?
