With recent reports indicating that Derrick Rose may not return until March, the Chicago Bulls have signed free agent Nate Robinson. The veteran point guard has bounced around the league for a reason, but one of his greatest strengths is the ability to score in bunches.
Last year, Robinson averaged 23 mpg, 11ppg, 1 tpg, 4 apg, and 1 spg.
With the departure of C.J. Watson and the arrival of rookie point guard Marquis Teague, the Bulls are really thin in the point guard department.
If Robinson can keep the offense steady and bring the defense that Coach Thib demands, the Bulls may still be able to make the playoffs. Coach Thib has a way of bringing the most out of his roster and if he can keep them afloat until March, a healthy Derrick Rose may be able to take it from there.
