New Features on FanIQ - Friends Online and Comment Tracker

A quick update from FanIQ World Headquarters. The team has been busy slaving away to build the best sports website on the planet. We're happy to announce our newest features - Friends Online and Comment Tracker.

If you look in the upper righthand corner, you'll see:

Friends Online - one of the most requested feature since we launched has been the ability to tell when your friends are online. Now, you have an easy drop down which will tell you at a glance who is online. If you doubleclick on their name, you can send your friend a message.

Comment Tracker - There is so much content on FanIQ that it's sometimes tough to keep track of the things you're interested. The top alert will tell you when there are new comments in any content you've created or commented on.

In additon, under the >More drop down, it's easier than ever to create all types of content on the site.

Feedback, more ideas? It's your site so please let us know. More features coming soon...

Job Well Done!!!

But, what the heck, I'll throw a couple cents in the kitty. Perhaps you can curb our appetite for massive multiple choice questions by offering only four choices (including the correct answer) instead of the seven it is now. It can sometimes take the entire 24 seconds just to read all the answers. Also, I must say I do agree with the comments below from 49er dude. It would be nice to have that glitch go away. Other than those issues I am pretty sure you are on your way to building a World Class Sports site!

Can not wait to see what is coming next...Perhaps we can figure out the IM glitch which will, faster than a speeding bullet and more intensly than a Warcraft Warrior, completely obliterate a nicely articulated message. But hey, honestly, I have been on this site for only a few months and have seen you make some tremendous strides...Keep up the momentum!

4	Had to try it out before commenting. Great changes! I only seem to have one issue though. Fan Central Level Awards don't show up when I click it. I high fiving people when they win stuff...yeah, I know it ticks them off to have the thingy pop up

2	I like the alerts for comments, thumbs up, etc. The comment section is a little screwy. I am getting polls that people have commented on that I have never even heard of popping up in my comments window. Other than that, everything seems pretty cool.

4	Hey Ty - how about some way to not LOOSE what comment you're currently making each and every time someone else sends an action or comment to you ???? That gets really annoying when you're in the middle of making a comment and then it's just LOST and ya have to start all over again whenever there's something incoming !! Thanx - other than that - keep up the great work buddy ! Lovin this site !!

Yes. I've had that happen to me too, we need to fix that.

Appreciate the hard work... like the changes... but the option to turn off will be my favorite. :)
For me -- my messages/comments popping up is annoying -- I get too many ... most of which I don't want to read. I'd rather take care of all that in my inbox. The number of messages is cool as is the notification -- I just don't want to see the actual messages. Especially all the "Wow so you are really hot, me like football too"

Uh, yeah.

3	Since everyone is saying great things, I'll ask about something else. Can we get quiz requests out our shoutouts and into our mailbox with poll requests. I hate having them pop up all the time on my screen.
