The New York Jets failed to score a TD in yet another preseason game.

It’s never a good idea to begin panicking about your team before the season has even begun.
I know it’s early.
The New York Jets just became the first team in 35 years to not score a touchdown during their first three preseason games. Their offense is a mess, to say the least, but Mark Sanchez believes it’s a non issue “Well, I’ve said it before, we’re saving our good stuff for the regular season”
The last team to not score any touchdowns during their first three preseason games was the 1977 Atlanta Falcons who went 7-7 for the season.
The Offensive issues with this Jets team are alarming. During Sunday night’s preseason game against the Carolina Panthers, the Jets failed to score after recovering a fumble at the Carolina 12 yard line. They even received 5 extra yards on a penalty and had a first down on the 7 yard line- and the most alarming part? This happened in the second quarter of the game when most of the starters were in the line up.
The Jets wanted to score, and couldn’t.
During a preseason exhibition game!
I know it’s early and no one should panic during the preseason, but the Jets offensive is in trouble. But at least some of the players can find the silver lining.
“The field goal team looked pretty good out there, making their field goals.” Said Santonio Holmes
I take it all back; it’s time for Jet’s fans to panic.
