Here's what was going on on the blog today.

1. Things are getting worse and worse for Marvin Harrison.
2. Nothing like a baby chugging beer at a minor league baseball game.
3. Julio Franco finally hangs 'em up after 30 years.
4. The White Sox blow up...dolls.
5. CP3 is becoming one the best point guards ever.

And here's what's on TV tonight. Uh, one game. But it's a good one as the Cavs go against the Celtics to see who gets the right to play for the Eastern Conference ~~booby prize~~ title. Neither team looked particularly dominant in the first round, but hey, someone has to win this thing. After Boston's near choke job against the Hawks, I'm going with King James and his gang. At least LeBron isn't afraid to take a last second shot - unlike some Celtics players I know. Cough! *KG* Cough!

NBA: Eastern Conference semifinals, Game 1, Cleveland at Boston (TNT, 8:15 p.m.)

Here are the MVP voting results in case anyone wants to know.

Kobe Bryant - 82-first-place votes and 1,105 points
Chris Paul - 28-first-place votes and 889 points
Kevin Garnett - 15-first-place votes and 670 points
LeBron James - 1-first-place votes and 438 points

I am surprised that Kobe finished 216 ahead of Paul and Paul finished 229. Kobe wasn't that much more valuable than Paul.

1	Cleveland is sticking the Celtics. This might sound crazy, but the Cavs are built for a 7 game series. They don't have great talent, but they have enough pieces where one guy can/should go off with LeBron each night.
